1. United We Stream uses "save berlin's club culture in quarantine" as a mission for their campaign and communicate "save the nightlife" in their streams, however a big part of their donations go to building owners.
2. Club Commission accountability for dealing with the racist incidents at Renate (and more racist happenings in Berlin with little official attention) and moving forward concrete action on how will the nightlife be safer for black people and people of color

Here we can see (source:https://unitedwestream.berlin/fundraiser/#content) it's 120.000 € (more than 1/3 of the culture pool) which go directly into the pockets of landlords.

I inquired what UWS/CC will do for the black community. Till today I have been on emails delaying the comunication and not having the call.

Questions regarding the fundraiser:

• Why 120% "brutto warm Miete"
  • Landlords can lower the rent, you might have needed to contact them for it but still. some even up-to 50%

• You received money for people who were officially hired at the club. They all should have been receiving ALG1/2. How does that add up and how do the clubs distribute the money to the people?

Demands:

• Stop fundraising for rent. Form a union and talk as a union to Building owners to lower rent/pause rent for a certain amount of time
• Transparency about the usage of funds, specifically worldwide 1 mio without transperency of usage
• Connect with local organizations that help right now people in need in Berlin
• Pass on funds to black communities
